I create public art murals and installations with local communities. My projects integrate social organizing with educational graphic art. Designed to be completed in a few hours by groups of volunteer artists and non-artists, the murals and installations transform dull spaces into vibrant tableaux. I’ve worked in London, UK, New York, NY and San Francisco, CA. My recent projects incorporate themes of sustainability in an urban context, and are designed to educate and decorate!
Glide Church Rooftop Garden Mural
To accompany an edible garden on the rooftop of San Francisco's beloved Glide Memorial Church in the Tenderloin neighborhood, I designed a 14-panel mural that tells the story of of local food from pollination to plate. The mural is used as a living guidebook for the kids in Glide's low-income neighborhood after-school program who help to maintain the garden.

During a community project organized by SF Connect, six volunteers painted this wall in the cafeteria with a joyous mural about healthy eating. Then-Mayor Gavin Newsom personally painted the apple!
